Add GPS (Global Positioning System) for just $20 for use during your entire stay

Cancellation Policy: Full refund less any credit card/paypal fees if cancelled within 30 days or more prior to arrival.  That may give me time to rebook your dates. Since this is not a hotel & I don't have other rooms to take the place of a vacancy, it's a hardship for me if someone cancels at the last minute.  Therefore, if it's less than 30 days, it will depend on if I can find a replacement guest for those nights.
